Trucks vs Burbs floor boards

I have it in my head pretty much everything from the back of the front doors forward are the same, truck or burb. I know the roof skin is taller on a burb. And the window frames are rounded vs squared at the upper rear corner.

Never really thought about the floors though. I had a super nice burb seat in one of my K20 trucks so I know that is a bolt in. My guess is it would be the same for stand alone buckets.

If a person bought one of those reproduction truck floor pans how far back do you think you could go before you had to cut it off? A few inches behind the rear part of the door opening would be my guess.

Or am I all wet in thinking this would work at all?
