The taller cup sort of did the trick, but I needed just a little bit more clearance. I made some plastic washers to go with the pink piece. Then due to raising that height, I also needed a spacer between the spring and the cup. I put together a video, which will hopefully help others who Google for this in the future.

Nick, where did you purchase the 1” cup? The 3/4” is for 69-72 and 67-68 is 1”. What website or parts supplier did you purchase the 1” form and do you have a part #? Video is great except you did mention the corrected kit. Thanks.
