This wheel has 2 gouges at 10’ o clock and some blue paint where it meets the column on the back, I tested removing the paint with carb cleaner and that will woke although it dulls the surface of the wheel. These wheels do polish so careful removal of the paint shouldn’t hurt it at all,
Horn cap and contacts are not included, $30 extra if needed.
