84-85 chevy c10 pickup frame

i have recently had an accident with my 84 Chevrolet c10 custom deluxe 1/2 ton pickup. the frame is bent pretty bad, but only the front left fender, the hood, and the bumper are damaged aside from the frame. i have been looking for another 84 pickup, but the closest i could find was an 85. i was wondering if the frames and other parts on these two years of trucks were interchangeable. any help would be great. thx.
