Rear wheel cylinder removal.

I'm in the process of redoing the rear brakes on my 63. New shoes Hardware wheel cylinders etc. Passenger side cylinder came off no problem but when I try to disconnect the fluid line the fitting won't release the tubing and wants to twist. Does anyone know of a way/trick to stop this from happening?
Thanks in advance
Charles
