Tires, Rims, and Hubcaps - Paralysis by Analysis

I need some expert help. I was going to buy 20's for my truck but now the color is getting better every day I have no plans for a repaint. I have the front converted to 5 lug discs and running rallys. Rear is still stock 6 lug but it will be converted soon. I have the original hub caps and a set of poverty dog dishes. Neither caps will fit on the rallys. Rally caps and rings are not my first choice.

now the questions...

Does anyone make an aftermarket rim that I can sport a dog dish and a full size cap and change depending on mood without changing rims?

Is best color Stock green or white?

Can I find tires with the thin whitewall in a truck or even LT rating or am I going to be stuck with passenger car to get a whitewall?

If I go to a 17" will dog dishes still fit?

I will need some tire height to drive on the occasional dirt road but not as tall as on there now. Maybe they just look tall because of no color on the rim and no whitewall.
