V-8 oil pressure

Most often people are looking to fix low oil pressure, my issue is way high oil pressure. Pic shows gage buried past 60psi. Sprayed oil from pressure in side of filter housing. Stock 1955 V-8 60,000mi

Question is, what should I look to fix? Is there a pressure bypass that might be stuck? Clogged oil filter?
