Need information on maximum 1969-72 c20 wheel size and offset

I have tried searching forums first and I found some useful information but not all. So I was hoping someone had an idea. As of now I have a stock suspension 1969 Chevy c20. I am restoring for a lowered and “touring” setup/look. It’s an 8x6.5 bolt pattern for those who don’t know. The questions I have are:
1. Will a 10” wide wheel width work for both the front and back with regard to backspacing/turning?
2. If 10” is too wide, what will work the next width down? 9.5 or 9?
3. An alternative could be 10” on rear and smaller width on front.
4. I know people in other threads say that a neutral/0 offset is best on these trucks but what offset is allowable to go to? In mm. I’m seeing a lot of -24 mm offset options, that is why I’m asking.

Any help or direction or information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Max
