Mine are chalky and crumbling... I reckon they're beyond restoring, if I pull them off I bet they'll turn into dust! The only ones I have seen are for the 3 point belts...
You can’t buy those anywhere, they are not reproduced. The best you could do, if you don’t think are worth saving, is find another seat of belts. If the retractor casing is in better shape, you could restore them. I would look into that SnakeOyls place. I’ve seen them do wonders on restoring seatbelts.
