No radio, heater, or power windows

Thank you google! I've been looking for a site like this for a while. Help is needed!

I replaced the steering column because the tilting was loose (pain to drive) which was donated from a junker 85 or 86. Not sure.

After plugging everything up, It startup and all lights, horn, blinkers, wipers and everything works. Except for the radio, heater, and power windows. I cant figure thus out, Everything looks right. I check fuses............they we fine. Any ideas?
