Floor, toe board replacement

I'm considering tackling replacing the front section of the floor and lower section of the toe boards as well as kick panels. My concern is the order these peices should be cut out and replaced but my biggest concern is how to avoid getting the cab out of shape or square thereby affecting the door fit etc. If anyone knows of a particular video or sketch/explanation, or how you did yours, good ideas, mistakes, any info. at all, it would be greatly appreciated!
