1987 crew cab hit and run. Please help me figure out pieces left behind - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

My 1987 crew cab got hit last night. The vehicle involved left behind some clues I’m hoping can help me figure out vehicle type.

1) The headlight material was glass
2) The pieces of grill or headlight surround was chrome plated gray plastic
3) More than likely a truck due to height of impact. It also moved my truck a foot sideways.
4) blue, left transfer paint on my truck

Hoping someone recognizes the profile on pieces of trim left behind. Does anyone know what year they stopped using glass headlights or started using chrome plated plastic?
