Rolling New Splash Panels to Running Board

I have moved the box up on my truck by about 2 inches (53 Chevy 3100 on S10 chassis). I would like to roll new, larger splash panels that go between the running boards and the box side. The rolling of the panels seems quite straight forward, but what do I do to the ends of the new splash panels that will go toward the cab on the front and the fender in the rear? Do I just cut a piece of metal and weld it on to the newly rolled splash panels? Or is there a way to get a rounded corner on the part that bends around the front and rear of new splash panels?

Hopefully this makes sense.

Wade
