Bed Floor Question??

Hi all.

Can anybody tell me if the corrugated steel floor in our trucks is the same as the corrugated steel floors in the 73+ trucks. The very rear edge of my Blazer has a couple of rust out areas about the size of a quarter. I was wondering if I could use the rear edge of a 73+ truck as a donor. There is only one decent 69-72 pickup around here in the yards and the bed on it is not too bad. It would be a sad waste to cut it for patch panels. There are tons of 73+ trucks around and the pattern in the floor and across the very rear edge looks to be the same. Wasn't able to do a side by side comparison.

Thanks.
