Transmission cooler needed?

Good Morning,
So i am continuing my build on a 72 K10, and we have purchased a Mishimoto 3 core Aluminum Radiator. I have new steel trans lines from the TH350. My question is: do i need to install an aftermarket transmission cooler? I have a trans cooler just in case but if not needed it saves an extra step and also keeps the core support area cleaner and free of less stuff. Suggestions and comments please.
