Very frustrating not to be able to work on my truck

I am in New Hampshire and have several things that I need to get working, I have some health issues that just started and all my plans for this winter are on hold. I have an aftermarket tilt wheel with all new wiring throughout the truck. I am hoping someone knows of a reputable company that could help. The issues are,
Neutral safety switch,
Horn button
back up lights
directional flash fast and don't cancel
Column shift linkage
transmission seal leaks
Fuel Gauge
Temp Gauge
AC ducting
carpet and insulation
valve cover gaskets
Drum brake wheel cylinders
I have to rebuild the rear end, ran without any grease, my fault.
This is very frustrating to have to do this, Thanks for any suggestions.
