desert-rat Registered User Join Date: Jan 2013 Location: 3,018 feet above the SoCal/Mojave Desert region. Posts: 375	How to use a remote starter button. So I purchased a remote starter button. One wire connects to the starter and the other to the battery, right?? I have the cab off but the engine still on the frame. So there for no ignition cylinder. Will the engine turn over or just crank?? Videos keep saying to have the ignition in ON to start the motor, but cant with out an ignition cylinder. Thanks.
