wheels info

Guys, for those of you who have upgraded to a 18 or 20 inch wheel, has any one had problems with the center hole fitting over the GM front brake rotor center hub or the rear axle hub??

I would like to use the following but I am leery of the measurements i have been getting
I am measuring around 3.085 to 3.088 on the rear center axle hub

https://www.summitracing.com/parts/are-50628006100
these state 3.080
what would be the right way to go? order these and do a skim cut on the ID of the center hole maybe 0.010 or take a die grinder and work the hubs a little and take them down a few thousands
