I bought a used dealership bumper from a used salvage yard. I have known of the bumper for a few years but finally pulled the trigger on it. It was manufactured by Ruff Neck. The Perry Co. Waco, Texas U.S.A. It is stamped Sanger Mtr Co. Sanger. Tex. Attached Images
