Home built half top

Hey gang. I purchased a project blazer that came with some parts I don’t need. This is a home built half top. I would say poorly built. Appears to have some metal, some bondo and some other weird filler. It looks like it was a decent hatch but don’t know if it could be salvaged. Could be good for cuts, trying to save the hatch and/or fixing it up and completing work to use it as a half top. $150 to start. Picked up in south New Jersey.
