Got the engine timed
I timed the engine last night to 8 degrees above TDC. Then pulled the plugs, cleaned them and re-installed. I had 4 black ended plugs after all the cranking it took to start the pig.
Now that it's all done, it runs great and idles smooth, but................I have another question When I throttle it up I have a very small burst of white smoke come out of the top of the carb. Is this normal?? ALso it pops when i let off the gas but i figure thats because I have no exhaust on the thing and have no back pressure. Any ideas guys? You guys have been so great in helping me out and I thank everyone of you!!
