Clutch disengagement problems, HELP please!!

1970 K10 350 sbc, SM465 and NP205

Hello everyone, I believe I am having problems with my not properly engaging with the flywheel. The backstory is that the truck was shifting fine, I wasn’t driving it a lot bc it’s being fixed up but I took around the block a few times with no problems. I recently pulled the transmission from the truck I order to regasket it and paint it while it was out I also replaced the throw out bearing.

The problem: When I went to test it after putting the transmission back into the truck I noticed that no power is getting to the transmission. The shifter moves fine in between gears with no binding but when I release the clutch pedal the truck does nothing; it doesn’t move and it does not lurch and shut off. I can have the truck in any gear and turn it on and it doesn’t move and will stay running.Looking into port where the clutch fork is I can see the throw out bearing pressing the diaphram fingers inwards when the pedal is pressed and releasing completely when the pedal is fully released. When I reinstalled the tranny I could feel the shaft slide into the clutch smoothly and mated flush against the motor without any force needed. It just feels like the pressure plate isn’t applying any pressure to the clutch disc and it’s not grabbing the flywheel.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
