Level z-bar/cross shaft?

While installing my clutch linkage (all new parts) I noticed the z-bar tilted down a bit on the motor side. Is this normal? The left and right alignment if fine. I am sure it will work ok but would like it to be level. The motor and bellhousing mounts are new. I guess I could shim the bellhousing mounts to raise the rear of the motor to level the bar. I have included a few pictures of the new and original linkage. The original was hacked and looks like it had more of an angle. Am I being too picky? I sometimes get to anal about my projects. I welcome all suggestions and advise.
