Transmission crossmember mounts

Trying to get my ducks in a row for an engine swap. When looking at ordering new motor mounts for new engine and trans, I keep running into a problem. Can someone educate me on the backstory of the transmission crossmember and mounts? Everywhere I look they want to give me just one mount for in the center of the trans. Mine has two that are about 4 oclock and 8 oclock position(hope that makes sense). Mine is a manual trans originally. Is the one mount in the center of the crossmember for automatics? Could it be that the manual trans mounts are different than the automatic trans mount locations? What is the reasoning behind this? On my crossmember, the big ass rivets are still in place so it's safe to say it came this way originally.
