Need opinions...

Hey all you 67-72 guys!

I was driving home the other night and spotted a truck sittin on the side of the road, looked decent from the highway, so I stopped in today to take a closer look...

Ends up its a 1970 Chevy Longhorn C20, has rot in all the typical places, but has a brand new front end (basically all of the suspension has been rebuilt / replaced) all new tires, new exhaust, 14 bolt rear with drums all around. The motor needs to be rebuilt / replaced (blown head gasket, and bad rings) has a TH350

He is asking 2500, but I said I wouldn't pay more than 2000, he figured that his brother probally wouldn't accept... What do you guys think? Good deal, bad deal?
