2 year project question

Hey all well a few choices I have to make
I have the front control arms and new ball joints installed and the dif is re bearing and sealed. Now do I run brake lines and put in my calipers and wheel cyl or do I start on the body and leave the hyd. til last.
The truck will not be ready for the road for about a year and a half or so
The frame will be stored inside a shop but will things start to dry out by the time I am ready to drive it?
Please share your point of view on how and what order you did your 2 year projects
Thanks in Advance

Mike
