You could do some spacer blocks on the rear, do them on the frame side. As for the front, you can get maybe 1 1/2 to 2 inches with BB springs. The problem with the front is the upper ball joint angle. As you raise it the ball joint reaches its limit of pivot and you can't go beyond that point. I have seen some upper A-arms that angle the ball joint so you can get 3 or 4 inches. You need to swap to 73 and up control arm shafts for those arms.
