Stepside Spare Tire Fender Differences

I learned something new yesterday while I was trying to source a piece section to repair a drivers side stepside spare tire fender. I knew that there were no repop panels out there for the stepside fender. I thought possibly someone might have a fender that is toast in one section like the back of the fender and that the front section that mates to the step was good. I posted a picture of what I needed on social media groups on FB.

Then it came to me that I have a stepside bed on a 67 4x4 shortbed that is in pretty bad shape but it does have a spare tire fender. Went over and took a look and a few pictures. When I got home and started looking at the pictures and what needed to be repaired on the other truck I noticed that the spare tire cut out is a different size. So they made two different sizes of spare tire cut outs depending on tire size ordered with or possibly the difference between 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton. On the orange truck which is a 3/4 ton K20 the cutout goes below the body line break, on the silver truck which is a 1/2 ton K10 cut out stops before the body line.

Anyways here is the picture of what I am trying to repair, I already have the step needed to make the repair there and I will possible cut out the section just below the spare cut out on the silver fender and fab in the section that I need onto the orange fender.

If anyone knows of a lead on a repair section please let me know. Thanks!
