Will it hit? Acceptable header to frame clearance

I have the typical areas of concern with my headers... done plenty of research and never found a definitive answer on what is to be considered a general "safe" clearance between frame and header.

I would assume that the engine moves more torsional than it does side to side.

72 C10, new motor mounts, hedman elite super duty, 1 5/8 tube

This photo shows a 3/16 drill bit can fit between header and frame
