Anybody able to fit a 295/45/20 tire on rear of 1968 Chevy C10

I know that I will have to measure backspacing and everything for my truck but I am just wondering if anybody has fit that size of tire 295/45/20 on a 1967-1972 Chevy C10 before without narrowing the rearend or adding wheel tubs?

That tire has a section width of 11.7a tread width of 9.9 and is 30.5 inches tall.
