Stainless Steel sheetmetal bolt kits- do they rust?

Im finished with painting all of the truck panels that I have dismantled and was wondering if anyone had purchased a kit of stainless steel bolts and had success with the bolts not rusting over. I was hoping to avoid painting the bolts to the color of the truck and having them get all scratched up during the install.
Also, Im not planning on having this truck parked anywhere but garage but still it would be good to know if they dont corrode.
