trans cross member information

I am changing from 3ott to automatic trans and the cross member for the 3ott is in the way. It is riveted in top and bottom in 4 places. I can't get to the 2 top rivets because they are under the cab, so what is the best way to get this mount off? And, what mount will I need at rear of auto trans? Any of you that have already done this, can you lead me through the procedure? Thanks!!
