Horn stuck on
I have a 1970 with a factory column and square body wheel. I pulled the horn cap and the spring and contact but the horn stays on. Anyone have any ideas to look for when I pull the wheel? Only option seems to be a short in the wire in the column. Turn signals work fine BTW. Its a non-tilt column.
