700r4 torque converter recommendations

I知 installing a 700r4 in my c10 and I知 not sure if I should reuse the stock torque converter. According to the sticker on the converter it is rated for 1397 rpm. The trans will be behind a crate 350 that I think makes around 215 hp and it will be runining 3:73 open gears. I知 trying to make a cruiser for my commute not a drag strip monster. I致e seen some guys suggest 2000 rpm stall but they had beefier engines. I am also going to use the painless performance lock up kick. Any suggestions?
