New Radiator

It seems like there's always some little problem that always pops up when you least expect it. I just got an interesting problem when installing a new radiator in my truck. Bought it about 3 weeks ago, tried to install it yesterday. It looks nice, but once sat into the core support the drivers side touches at the top, but the other side sits 1/2-3/4 of an inch away. After playing with this thing for a few hours, I wondered if it may be twister. Sure enough, I laid it down and the 2 opposite corners touch the floor and the other two are about 3/4 of an inch off the floor, it rocks like a baby cradle.
I sent an email to the company asking for a replacement, they just asked me if it was OK for them to send me money to get it fixed. Has anyone else had this problem, is it fixable? Radiator shops are getting hard to find. I again asked for a replacement & would send this back to them. Any suggestions?
