I'm looking at these for door contact switches. I've never used them and don't know much about them. They only need about 6mm of room and with the large base contact they should slide a little as the door opens or closes. I looked at the one Ogre built, and I'd love to have that ability, but I'm being realistic, I still haven't mastered drilling a hole in the right place.
