Walbro 450 with factory EFI hanger PSA

I posted this in the sloppy mechanics private FB group, but I wanted to put this here as a PSA.

My turbo LS C10 has a Walbro 450 in a factory 88 EFI blazer tank. The pump is on the stock hanger and 25a fuse, 12ga wire/relay to the sending unit. I lost all fuel pressure the other day. Turns out the pump is fine, but the factory bulkhead connector nearly caught on fire. I was thinking about redoing the tank setup anyway, but just a PSA that the Walbro pump (or any moderate/big HP pump) may draw more amperage than ANY factory wiring can handle.
