track arm question

I did a rebuild on the rear section of my truck. Bushings, springs/ trailing arms etc. etc....
I went to put the rear track arm with new bushings . And is it normal for the holes not to line right up and the arm pop right in??

right now i am about 1/2 to 3/4 inches off and have to push to the right (passenger side) to get the eyes to line up for the bolt,

Is this normal to be that far off?
