Replacing 16.5 wheels with 16 x 6-1/2

It seems to me these wheels should fit fine, only difference is the rim is an inch narrower. This should still put the outside of the tire within an inch of where the original ones are.
What do you guys think?

I only have one 16” wheel so far, the 16.5 rims all have tires mounted on them.

Stock 16.5 wheels - 5.25 backset, 2.75 outset
16” wheel - 4.5 backset, 3.0 outset
