Balljoint Separator?

Curious, which balljoint separator do yall use to separate the upper control arm from the spindle? If I was in the junkyard I would use a pickle fork and a sledgehammer but unfortunately I have powdercoated my control arms and my spindles. I found this video where he uses a balljoint separator but the one I ordered from amazon won't fit. It barely fit on the outer tie rod to separate it from the spindle.
