Just the beginning...

Hey y'all. New here. Purchased a 62 step side with no engine or trans. Have also picked up a big block and turbo 400. I am wanting to leave the body as rough as it is and make it handle like a sports car(well, as much as I can.) Looking for a really good high hp cruiser that is easy to drive. I have zero experience with the x frame under my truck and was hoping you guys could point me in the right direction as far as suspension options. I am pretty mechanical and have built several engines but just never got into the handling side. I have read some posts on here and you guys know your stuff.
