2005 2500HD concerns
Wanted to get some ideas on where to look for this issue.
Truck- 2005 2500HD 6.0 with 4L80E From a stop there is a very slight slip felt when just pulling away. All shifts in the transmission are smooth. Current truck has 33,800 miles. We purchased it about 9 months ago from the estate of my FIL. Surprisingly no other family member wanted a 15 yr old truck with 27700 miles on it. I replaced the carrier bearing, lubed the yoke, and replaced the tail shaft seal due to seepage. Transmission fluid service by dropping pan and changing the filter. Still has a slip. Is this just how a 4L80E operates? Hoping it is not a torque converter issue. Thanks for feedback.
