Need some advice

I am new to the board and recently purchased a 1972 CST Blazer 4X4

It has quite a bit off underbody rust (rockers, rocker boxes, tub and bed floor) and needs some work. I starting to think I made the wrong decision
I am not going to do any work to it right now, but I recently found 2 wheel drive rust free rolling chassis up in Michigan. I'm going up to Michigan this weekend to look at it.

So this is where i need some advice. He says it is rust free and straight. The underbody and interior have been blasted and coated. (underbody looks clean)
No engine, tranny or transfer case. It has been converted from 4wd to 2wd.
Interior is really rough.
Single wall top.
GMC front clip and tailgate.
He is asking $3500...$3000 without the front clip which I don't need.

How much do you all think it is worth?????

Thanks
