LS T56 to SBC
Hey All,
Local Craigslist has a "LSX T-56" up for sale, and the original transmission in my 1960 SBC swapped C10 is not happy, so this might be a good step or 4 up. I'm trying to get to the bottom of what all is required for this swap to be done. This one has the bellhousing already, so can somebody help me walk through what may be needed to connect the two of these together successfully, as far as clutch, slave cylinder, TO bearing ect I understand that the full swap will require driveshaft and transmission mount, how do I figure out what Pilot bearing, slave / master cylinder etc may be required?
