Proof That Porterbuilt Is Second To None

Just wanted to share a recent experience I had with Porterbuilt Fabrication. Several years ago I purchased a set of the first generation 67-72 Porterbuilt hood hinges with the gas assist struts from an individual here on the forum. I finally got around to installing them on my project and was having some issues with the hood not closing the way it should. I texted Nate at Porterbuilt and told him my issue. After trying a different set of struts the hood still wasn't fitting the way it should so Nate stepped up and sent me the updated second generation hood hinge arms and longer struts at a discounted price. I can't think of many companies that would go out of their way to accommodate somebody who had purchased one of their products from another individual. Nate responded to all of my texts within minutes and made sure that my issue got resolved. Porterbuilt's customer service is spectacular and goes above and beyond what others would do. Thank you again Porterbuilt!
