Is this an authentic GM tow hook?

I was looking at a bare '71 or '72 frame in the junkyard today as I waited for the yard workers to remove a driveshaft I bought out of pickup truck.

The rear end was still intact and looked like an ho52. It also had factory disc brakes, 8 lug. As my eyes ran down the driver's side front frame rail I saw what I have recognized as a tow hook from the "parts for sale" section of this website. I removed it, payed for the parts and split.

There seem to be part numbers on the hook, does anyone know if this is an authentic tow hook?

Thanks for any help.
