which 205 to use?

I am trying to figure which 205 transfer case to use. I have one with a rear slip yoke output and one with a rear fixed yoke output. The frame is a long bed with a 350 sbc and a 350 trans. I will be doing some snowplowing and pulling a trailer sometimes but mainly just everyday driving. It will have a one piece driveshaft. Any advice?
Also, does anyone have the measurements of the driveshafts?
