Arrow 1977 Chevy K10 Printed Circuit Question

I am replacing the original printed circuit on the backside of the dash cluster. My truck is a factory 4wd K10 and has the 4-Wheel Lock indicator light on the dash. This light has never worked and did have a bulb socket plugged into it. My question is: The replacement printed circuit does not have exposed copper ring for a light bulb to work. My stock printed circuit also looks like the copper ring around the bulb hole is non existent. Without this copper ring to make the connection for the light bulb, how can it possibly work?
