You can buy the harness from various vendors, or you can make your own. The wiring isn't really difficult.

The idea is that instead of running the amperage for the headlights through the switch, you control the relays with the switch. Full amperage runs through the relay to the headlights. It preserves the switch and gives full voltage and amperage to the headlights, resulting in a brighter light.
