prep for paint

I am getting started on preping for painting my truck. It will be blue/white top. I would like to see where you guys are breaking the paint on the door facings. Do you continue the outside color to the door facing or is the interior color carry out to the door skin? I was thinking that the outside color should also go in side the door facing and the interior color should end with the door panels. Give me your opinion and some photos please! Thanks....
